Remote-controlled combat robot competition — knock out your opponent or immobilize them in the closed arena to claim victory!
RC robots battle in a closed arena in combat matches
"Robo War Mini" is a head-to-head match between two remote-controlled robots in a special closed arena (2×2 meters). Each match lasts 2 minutes. The goal is to knock out, immobilize the opponent, or win by judges' decision.
Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to 3. At least 1 operator is assigned per robot. The competition develops skills in robotics, mechatronics, and programming.
Skillfully control the robot to knock out or immobilize the opponent
Design a robust and safe robot that can withstand combat conditions
Secure the best position in the arena and exploit the opponent's weaknesses
Improve weapon systems and movement mechanisms with innovative solutions
Operators control robots from a distance — quick reactions and strategic thinking required
Held in a closed 2×2 m protected arena — spectacular and safe
1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners receive certificates, trophies and gifts

Key requirements and restrictions for robots
Every robot must have a clear ON/OFF mechanism. Dangerous weapon parts must be covered when outside the arena.
Explosive, flammable or toxic materials are strictly prohibited. Chemical or thermal means damaging the arena are banned.
Devices intentionally disrupting opponent's control are banned. Only permitted radio channels may be used.
Any liquid spraying or dispersal systems are prohibited. Chemical means damaging the arena or opponent equipment are banned.
Both robots are placed on opposite sides of the arena. The operator stands behind their robot.
Operators control robots attempting to immobilize or knock out the opponent.
If no clear winner in 2 minutes, judges score on 5 criteria.
How the match winner is determined
If the opponent remains motionless for 10 seconds, knockout is declared — you win.
If a robot cannot continue the match due to technical failure, the opponent is declared the winner.
If no clear winner is determined in 2 minutes, judges determine the winner using the 100-point system.
Launching or starting robot control without judge's start signal is strictly prohibited
Warning / DisqualificationIntentionally damaging another participant's equipment or unauthorized robot replacement is prohibited
DisqualificationDevices creating radio interference with opponent's control or unauthorized Wi-Fi networks are prohibited
DisqualificationViolating arena safety rules or using explosive/toxic materials is strictly prohibited
