3D Modelling

A competition in reproducing drawings and building 3D models in AutoCAD. Demonstrate precision, speed and engineering excellence.

1 Individual
B / M Bachelor / Master
60 Minutes (Stage 1)
2 Stage
3D model 1

About the Competition

Demonstrate precision, speed and engineering competence in AutoCAD.

About the Competition

3D Modelling is a platform to test engineering mastery and creative thinking. Bachelor and master students can recreate assigned drawings in AutoCAD, build volumetric models and prove their technical knowledge in practice.

The competition is held in two stages: qualification and final. Each participant demonstrates precision, speed and professional AutoCAD skills to secure a place among the best.

01

Technical Precision

Accurately reproduce drawings in AutoCAD without errors

02

Speed

Ability to complete tasks fully in the shortest possible time

03

3D Visualization

Capability to build an overall 3D model based on 2D drawings

04

AutoCAD Proficiency

Professional-level operation skills in the AutoCAD environment

Competition Details

  • Competition 3D Modelling
  • Direction Architectural Engineering Competitions
  • Participation Format Individual
  • Participants Bachelor and Master students
  • Software AutoCAD (.dwg format)
  • Time limit 60 minutes (Stage 1)

From Qualification to Final

Your engineering journey consists of two stages, each with a new level of challenge and opportunity.

01

Qualification Stage

Time to Prove Your Skills

At the first step, you must recreate complex drawings in AutoCAD within 60 minutes. Every line, angle and dimension is a measure of your precision.

  • Inno Technopark
  • 60-minute time limit
  • AutoCAD only
  • Submission in .dwg format
Tasks:
Accurately reproduce sample drawings
Create 3D visualization
Deliver high quality in minimum time
Top 50 participants advance to the next stage
TOP 50
02

Final Stage

Competition of the Best

The best 50 participants from qualification face more complex tasks in the final. Not only technical knowledge but also performance under pressure is tested.

  • Participate with a personal laptop
  • AutoCAD only
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd places are determined
Tasks:
Recreate complex drawings
Build a 3D model
Both speed and accuracy are critical
Winners are announced

Rules and Requirements

Important rules and procedures for participants.

AutoCAD Only

All tasks must be completed strictly in AutoCAD. Use of other software is prohibited.

Time Limit

In the qualification stage, participants are given a maximum of 60 minutes. In the final, speed is a key criterion.

Submission in .DWG Format

Final drawings must be submitted in .dwg format for evaluation in AutoCAD.

Prohibited Actions

Use of pre-made drawings, internet and mobile communication tools, or third-party assistance is strictly prohibited.

Referee Control

Movement is allowed only upon referee signal. Any action after end-of-round signal is prohibited.

Personal Equipment (Final)

In the final stage, participants must use their own laptops. Technical readiness is the participant responsibility.

Winner Determination

The winner is determined based on speed and accuracy.

1

Minimum Time

The participant who completes tasks fully and accurately in the least time is considered the winner.

2

Task Completeness

Completed tasks are evaluated and the best outcomes are considered. Error-free execution is preferred.

3

3D Model Quality

Accuracy of 3D visualization and compliance with technical requirements are evaluated.
